THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 11 AM EST THIS MORNING. HAZARDOUS WEATHER... * THE COMBINATION OF CONTINUED DRIZZLE AND ROAD TEMPERATURES NEAR THE FREEZING MARK WILL CONTINUE TO LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND SLICK ROADWAYS THIS MORNING.

IMPACTS... * BACK ROADS AND ROADS LESS TRAVELED MAY REMAIN ICY THROUGH MID MORNING EVEN AS TEMPERATURES WARM ABOVE FREEZING. * ROAD CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE BY LATE MORNING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW... SLEET... OR FREEZING RAIN WILL CAUSE TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SLIPPERY ROADS AND LIMITED VISIBILITIES... AND USE CAUTION WHILE DRIVING.

Also, the National Weather Service has issued a WIND ADVISORY from 10 a.m. this morning to 11 p.m. this evening. Sustained winds 20-30mph with gusts 40-45mph are expected through tonight.
