FINDLAY – State Wildlife Officer Michael Ohlrich has been assigned to Paulding County effective July 1, according to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Wildlife. Wildlife Officer Ohlrich’s new assignment follows the retirement of former Wildlife Officer Duane Bailey. Officer Ohlrich is a 2005 graduate of Liberty Center High School in Henry County. In 2008, he received his associate’s degree from Hocking College. A 2009 graduate of the Wildlife Academy, Officer Ohlrich has served with the Department of Natural Resources for 3-1/2 years. His first assignment was in northwest Ohio and he has been assigned to Clermont County since 2011.
