Oakwood Homecoming: 125 years of memories

OAKWOOD – “There is something for everyone” is certainly an understatement when it comes to the annual Labor Day weekend homecoming celebration at Oakwood. From a variety of food to a cemetery walk, family entertainment including games and movies to races on the river, Oakwood will set the stage for what will not only be a time to celebrate 125 years of memories but to make new ones as well.

 
Grand jury indicts 26 in August

PAULDING – A Paulding County grand jury returned indictments against 26 persons on Thursday, Aug. 21.

The individuals will be arraigned in Paulding County Common Pleas Court. Those indicted were:

United Way 2015 goal set at $75,000

PAULDING – After successfully topping off the 2014 campaign goal by $8,000, local United Way director Sonya Herber announced at the kickoff breakfast this past week that the campaign goal for this coming year is $75,000.
