Should the county emergency management agency office duties be a separate office?
Three file for court vacancy

From Staff Reports

Three persons have filed applications to fill an upcoming vacancy in Paulding County Court.

This court will have a vacant seat on Jan. 1 as Judge Tiffany Beckman was elected to the Paulding County Common Pleas Court in November.

The Ohio Judicial Appointments Recommendation Panel (OJARP) received applications from Paul H. Duggan, 51, an attorney from Bryan; David A. Hyman, 56, of Paulding, a former assistant county prosecutor; and Suzanne Shuman Rister, 48, an Antwerp attorney.
