Paulding County General Fund Budgets 2005-11 Year Total 2011 $3,945,815 2010 $3,768,240 2009 $4,065,250 2008 $4,284,479 2007 $4,325,955 2006 $4,199,157 2005 $4,110,073 By MELINDA KRICK Progress Editor The county commissioners have increased appropriations for 2011, reversing a three-year decline in funding for county offices.
