What will you remember most about 2010?

Although many families are still struggling with economic conditions, unemployment and home foreclosures, problems don’t appear as dire now as they did one year ago when several entities were facing closure. County and village budgets remain tight, but local officials see hope on the horizon, in the form of giant wind turbines that will soon dot the landscape.
