By Nancy Whitaker A PAIR OF SHORTS AND A HOT STOVE It is always nice to feel warm in the winter and cool in the summer. In today’s world, staying warm or keeping cool is a lot easier than it was years ago. One of my first memories of how to get warm was at my grandma’s house. She had a big pot-bellied stove which was fed with coal. The Eisenglass windows glowed a bright red when it was burning and that stove produced a good warm heat.
