Should the county emergency management agency office duties be a separate office?

Lilly Jenean Rose Dearing

Beautiful little 4-year-old Lilly of Paulding, Ohio, is fighting each day to live while her frail little body is fast succumbing to the devastating effects of a Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (inoperable brain tumor). The once vibrant, healthy, glowing child you see here in this photo, now lies with pleading eyes. HER TIME IS RUNNING OUT!

Family is in need of financial assistance to treat this little child with the only means possible for this type of otherwise deadly tumor. She must travel to Texas as soon as possible.

PLEASE HELP SAVE HER!!
