One thing we all do is go to our refrigerator and say, “What do we have to eat?” Actually, sometimes I may open the door of the fridge three or four times before I decide what it is I want.

Our refrigerators hold a lot of good, healthy foods, such as lettuce, celery, carrots, broccoli and cauliflower. It also holds our drinks such as juice and milk. These things may sound healthy to munch on, but usually not my first choice of what I want to eat.
