The Paulding Exempted Village Board of Education met in regular session Monday, March 14 with all board members present. There were a total of 34 people present for the meeting.

Following the meeting opening preliminaries, Board President Tamera Stoller asked if there were any public comments. The board allows 10 minutes at the start of each meeting for public questions and comments.

Bus driver Jill Breedlove stated that a bombshell had been dropped on the bus drivers earlier in the day in that the school was cutting the routes in half and that would mean half the hours, and for many, half the pay. Breedlove commented, “We were told of this plan to cut the routes in half so late in the day that we could not get on the school board agenda to talk about it.”
