By Nancy Whitaker ARE YOU WHAT YOU EAT? Do you think that what foods people eat are determined on what they ate when they were kids? I know when I was growing up, no one seemed worried about sugar or cholesterol. We ate things like fried ham and redeye gravy, fried potatoes, fresh green beans when in season, pork chops and lots of bacon and sausage.
