ANTWERP – Mr. and Mrs. Bill Woodring are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

Bill Woodring and Nancy Wannemacher were married on Jan. 28, 1961, at the St. John the Baptist Church in Payne by the Rev. Charles Ruess.

They are the parents of five children, Bill (Angie) of Edgerton, Ind., Dan (Lisa) of West Unity, Rick of Fairfield, Chris (Bruce) Ferris of Cecil, and Shelly (Jim) Murlin of Antwerp.

The couple also have 10 grandchildren and four great-stepgrandchildren.

They will celebrate the occasion with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Sunday, April 3, at the Divine Mercy Church Hall in Antwerp. They are also planning a trip to the Canadian Rockies in August.
