PAULDING – David and Joanna Arend of Paulding announce the engagement of their daughter, Jackie, to Sean Noe, son of Paula and Todd Barlow and Richard and Robin Noe of Cincinnati.

The future bride is a 2000 graduate of Paulding High School and a 2004 graduate of The Ohio State University. She received a bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy and is currently employed as a respiratory therapist at The Ohio State University Medical Center.

The future groom is a 2002 graduate of Princeton High School, Cincinnati. He received a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2006 and a master’s degree in human development and family science in 2008 from The Ohio State University. He is currently employed as a graduate research associate at The Ohio State University and plans to complete his Ph.D. by the end of 2011.

The couple will be married July 30, 2011 at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church, Columbus.
