OAKWOOD – Michelle Ann Meeks and Chase Matthew Horstman of Oakwood have announced their engagement and approaching wedding.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Darrell and Carol Meeks of Oakwood. She graduated from Continental High School and received an associate’s degree in nursing from James A. Rhodes State College. She is employed as a nurse at Paulding County Hospital.

Her fiancé is the son of Stephan and Ginny Horstman of Cloverdale. He is a graduate of Ottoville High School and received an associate’s degree in automotive technology from the University of Northwestern Ohio. He is employed at Verhoff Machine and Welding.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 2 p.m. June 18, 2011 at the Trinity Methodist Church in Ottawa.
