By JIM LANGHAM Feature Writer PAYNE – Bob Mills, formerly of this area, talks about his fight with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS), also known as “Lou Gehrig’s Disease.” Mills is the brother of Paulding County resident LeeAnn Hook and the son of Edie Mills of Payne and the late George Mills. Mills is the third member of his immediate family that has been afflicted with the dreaded illness.
