Katie R. Laukhuf of Payne and Jeffrey J. Morman of Ottawa announce their engagement and approaching marriage.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Bruce and Vickie Laukhuf of Haviland. She graduated from The University of Findlay with a masters of occupational therapy degree and is employed as an occupational therapist through Encore Rehab.

The prospective groom is the son of John and Jane Morman of Ottawa. He graduated from the University of Toledo with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and is employed as an engineer at General Dynamics.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 2:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 13, 2011 at Trinity United Methodist Church in Ottawa.
