VAN WERT – Jessica L. Harter and Eric L. Armstrong exchanged wedding vows May 28, 2011 at the St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Van Wert with the Rev. William C. Haggis II performing the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Donald and Kimberly Harter of Ohio City and the granddaughter of Max and Virginia Harter and Royce and Carolyn High.

The groom is the son of Kimberly Armstrong of Paulding. He is also the grandson of Dennis and Kay Doster.

Attending the bride as maid of honor was Emily Sill, sister of the bride.
