Meet the Teams night set at PHS

Paulding High School is planning a Meet the Teams night at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 18 following the volleyball scrimmage.

The scrimmage, which will be from 4-7 p.m. in the high school gym, will pit teams from Montpelier, Pettisville, Tinora plus the Lady Panthers.

Barbecue chicken dinners are being sold to raise funds for the volleyball program. They will be available between 3:30-6:30 p.m. at the Panther entrance the night of the scrimmage. Meals can be eaten in the auditeria or carried out.

Tickets are $8 each, available from team members, coaches or by calling the high school office, 419-399-4656 and at the PHS alumni scrimmage Aug. 10. Tickets will be sold through Aug. 16.

Dinners, catered by Lock Sixteen, include half a chicken, augratin potatoes, buttered corn and a dinner roll.
