PAULDING – The Paulding County Hospital Foundation is planning and organizing the Second Annual “Strides for Scholarships,” a 5K/10K Relay or one-mile fun walk that will be held on Saturday, Sept. 10.

The race will start at Paulding County Hospital at 9 a.m. and will continue around the reservoir and will then finish at the hospital. The race is certified by the USATF.

A new feature this year is a friendly competition between the three county school districts. The school district with the most participation of students and staff will be awarded an additional $500 scholarship in spring 2012.
