OAKWOOD – Dick and Winona Hays of Oakwood will be celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on Sept. 27.

Dick Hays and Winona Evans were married on Sept. 27, 1951, at the High Street Evangelical United Brethren Church in Lima, by Pastor Frank R. Hamblen.

They are the parents of three children, Diane (Bruce) Erford of Continental, Steve (Cindy) Hays of Fort Wayne and Laura (Hal) Hoover of Celina.

They also have five grandchildren, Matthew (Jill) Erford, Melanie (Shaun) Blevins, Jason (April) Hays, Nicole Hays and Stacey Hays.

The couple have seven great-grandchildren, Kelebrant Mandos, Nenya Belle, Vilya Rose, Sophia Hays and Kyle and Carter Erford.
