Should the county emergency management agency office duties be a separate office?
Lawsuit threatens Manor House

Staff Writer

ANTWERP – Residents of the Manor House Assisted Living at 204 Archer Drive in Antwerp are in danger of losing their place to stay.

In mid-September, Antwerp Holdings LLC, owner of the property, filed a lawsuit in Paulding County Court of Common Pleas. The three-count complaint states they have not received any rental payments since the beginning of 2011.

They are asking the court for: immediate restitution of the premises and costs; a judgment determining attempted assignment and/or subletting of the property be null and void with another judgment for money equaling the unpaid rent, reasonable costs, attorney fees and expenses incurred to enforce the lease; and a judgment against the guarantors for the same.
