AHS sweeps tri-meet

Antwerp swept past Hilltop and Montpelier in non-league play on Saturday.

The Archers defeated the Cadets 26-24 and 25-17 before cruising past Montpelier 25-12 and 25-18.

Against the Cadets, pacing the blue and white were Alexis Jones (three aces, 11 digs), Jessica Langham (five kills), Ashlee Smith (six kills, six digs), A.J. Stuck (four kills, four digs), Rachel Colley (18 assists, five digs), Katie Bissell (two assists) and Alex North (eight digs).

Top players in the Montpelier match were Jones (three aces, 10 digs), Colley (six kills, 10 assists), Stuck (ten kills, 10 digs), Smith (four kills) and Bissell (seven assists).
