Three children under the age of four are a 24-7 blessing. Sometimes a momma just needs a vacation. Such a young mother, Amy, arranged to visit an old college roommate for three days in Colorado, leaving the children in the care of husband, Greg, and whoever he could get to help with the strenuous task.

When Grandma came through the door on the third day, she was mobbed with hugs and kisses and descriptions of novel activities planned and carried out by Mr. Mom. Four-year-old Vivian asked, “Granny, are you here to take a break from Grandpa?”
