Manor House, Essen House may be added to suit

Parties were in Paulding County Common Pleas Court last week for a hearing of a pending lawsuit concerning The Manor House in Antwerp.

Antwerp Holdings LLC, Antwerp/Angola, Ind. filed a money-only suit on Sept. 14 against TDM3 Ltd., Defiance/Fort Wayne and Louis Lengacher and his wife, Mary, both of Harlan/Woodburn, Ind.

Judge Tiffany Reighter Beckman heard evidence Oct. 6. Court documents indicate the defendant objected to the plaintiff’s witness and the line of questioning.
