Amy Schweller Wirts and David Bleke, both of Fort Wayne, announce their engagement and approaching nuptials.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Don and Jeannie Schweller of Paulding. She is a graduate of Paulding High School and the University of Saint Francis in Fort Wayne with a BSW degree. She is employed at SCAN Inc. in Fort Wayne.

The prospective groom is the son of Larry Bleke and Cindy and Keith Bricker of Fort Wayne. He graduated from Concordia Lutheran High School and is employed at East Allen Ag & Turf, Woodburn.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 22 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church – Soest, Fort Wayne.
