|County bands will perform at the fair|

The Paulding County Agriculture Society met on March 14.
Paulding County 4-H assistant Staci Hiler advised the board that the quality assurance training had been set up for March 15 and 17.
The Livewires 4-H club treasurer Blake Miller asked for and received board approval to remove some old bushes from the gazebo area and plant new bushes and flowers.
The cheerleading contest has been set up for 3 p.m., Friday, June 15. This event should be a great lead in performance as area bands perform in front of the grandstand at 7 p.m. Three bands, Paulding High School, Wayne Trace High School and Antwerp High School will treat the people in the grandstand and in the southwest part of Paulding with a band spectacle that is being called “Thunder of the Night”.
This may be the best night of the fair as the three county bands “strut their stuff” and send their musical talent into the evening and night air. The event could become a competition in future years.
