River otter going on display at museum

KALIDA – Last January, a river otter was accidentally caught in a raccoon trap. It was the first river otter seen in Putnam County in 100 years. Today the Putnam County Historical Museum will have a special dedication of the otter, which they have received as a donation and put on display.
