PAYNE – Earlier this month, trustees of The Dallas Lamb Foundation filed a report of sale of assets with the Paulding County Probate Court. This wrapped up the sale of the foundation’s real property.

In October and December 2011, farmland and the Dallas Lamb Foundation Home campus were sold at auction by Gorrell Bros.

The October sale of 178.673 acres to Ohio Decorative Products Inc. brought in $1,230,000. St. Jacob’s United Church of Christ Inc. purchased 3.075 acres for $21,168.
