Trial to court set in Manor House lawsuit

By DENISE GEBERS

Progress Staff Writer

A date has been set for a trial to the court concerning the lawsuit against the operators of the Manor House Assisted Living and The Essen House and the businesses in Antwerp.

The suit was filed last September by the property owner, Antwerp Holdings LLC, of Antwerp and Angola, Ind. It alleges the defendants, TDM3 Ltd., of Defiance/Fort Wayne and Louis Lengacher and Mary Lengacher, both of Harlan, Ind., have failed to comply with contractual agreements including payments.

An amendment later included the Essen House Restaurant and the Manor House Assisted Living Ltd. as defendants as well.
