Should the county emergency management agency office duties be a separate office?
Expansion at fertilizer plant draws leaders

LATTY – Paulding County’s newest fertilizer facility held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house last week after months of work. The June 19 event was well attended.

Latty Grain Ltd., located at 14078 SR 613, Latty, installed new components representing an investment of over $2 million by co-owners Mercer Landmark and CHS Inc.

The pair invested in the additional dry fertilizer storage and a dry blend plant at the Latty location, to combine two Latty plants into a single location.
