Antwerp Holdings LLC has filed another motion in its action against TDM3 Ltd. and other parties preceding an approaching court date.

A plaintiff’s motion for sanctions was filed July 20 with Paulding County Court of Common Pleas after defendants in the case allegedly failed to respond to discovery orders.

It moved that the Court make sanctions against TDM3 Ltd., of Defiance/Fort Wayne, and Louis Lengacher and Mary Lengacher, both of Harlan, Ind., who operate Manor House Assisted Living and The Essen House restaurant in Antwerp.
