Manor House lawsuit trial stayed two owners file for bankruptcy

PAULDING – A trial to the court involving Manor House Assisted Living in Antwerp, scheduled to begin Aug. 8 has been stayed due to the owners filing for bankruptcy.

Antwerp Holdings LLC filed suit last September against TDM3 Ltd., of Defiance/Fort Wayne, and Louis Lengacher and Mary Lengacher, both of Harlan, Ind., who operate Manor House Assisted Living and The Essen House restaurant in Antwerp. The suit, filed in Paulding County Common Pleas Court, alleges the defendants have failed to comply with contractual agreements including payments.
