| Inexperienced Archers lose to Edon |

By JIM LANGHAM Sportswriter ANTWERP – It was a long night for Antwerp as the Archers dropped a 39-6 decision to Edon in the first game of the 2012 high school football season. In spite of the loss, Antwerp head coach Drew Altimus was pleased with the hard work of his very young team and referred to the squad’s performance as a “work in progress.”
