Manor House lawsuit trial to begin

PAULDING – An action filed by Antwerp Holdings LLC against TDM3 Ltd. and Louis and Mary Lengacher over a year ago will come to trial this week in Paulding County Common Pleas Court.

Essen House Assisted Living, Manor House Assisted Living Ltd. and Essen House Restaurant have since been added as defendants.

A trial to the Court is set for Friday, Sept. 21.

The portion of the action against Louis and Mary Lengacher personally has been stayed due to their filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in Indiana on July 27.
