|One-room school veterans swap tales|

PAULDING – As far as those gathering at the Paulding County Historical Museum on Saturday could research, their one room school reunion last Saturday was the 140th in county history, dating back to the early 1860s.
While the ladies talked about things such as teachers and classes they remembered, men proved that even at a mature age, boys will be boys.
“I remember that we always held up fingers number one and number two to go to the restroom,” commented Dave Stouffer. Sometimes you would take your time going to the restroom so that you could kill a little time out of class.”
