Romney visits Defiance

DEFIANCE – People flocked to the Defiance High School’s Fred J. Brown football stadium last Thursday night to see Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney, his entourage and other political candidates.

Estimates put attendance between 12,000 and 16,000.

Two Paulding County natives were part of the evening’s schedule of events and others were part of the volunteer staff for the evening. Many local residents were in attendance.
