Receiver named for Manor House

PAULDING -– An agreement has been reached in the dispute between the property owner and business owners of the Manor House Assisted Living Ltd. and the Essen House Restaurant Ltd. in Antwerp.

Numerous Court orders were issued as a result, including the appointment of a receiver and an order to leave the premises between Feb. 1 and May 1, 2013.
