| Paulding tells building owner to make repairs |

By MELINDA KRICK Progress Editor PAULDING – The Village of Paulding has issued a letter to a downtown building owner ordering immediate repairs. The letter, dated Dec. 5, was sent by Police Chief Randy Crawford to Hacker Combs, regarding a building at 109 W. Perry St. Crawford stated that the property was inspected on or about Oct. 29 and “is in such an advanced state of disrepair that (the building) is endangering the health, safety and welfare of the public and is therefore a public nuisance and should be razed.”
