Oakwood Council working on ordinances

OAKWOOD – Oakwood Village Council met Monday, Feb. 11 with four council members present. Councilmen Phil Stucky and Heather Huff were absent.

The finance committee met on Feb. 4 and discussed the salary ordinance and water/sewer rates. Monday, council tabled action on the salary ordinance and water/sewer rates due to insufficient information. Fiscal Officer Susan Barron is awaiting information regarding sick pay from the state auditor and Mayor Erhard “Bud” Henke is working on a more equitable water/sewer billing system.
