When attending a basketball or football game, even a volleyball match at Antwerp High School, most fans are sitting in the bleachers watching the action on the court or field. Many fans have little understanding as to what goes on behind the scenes in order for a team to progress and get better throughout the season. They simply enjoy going to the game, watching their favorite Archer play, and when the final horn sounds hopefully the blue and white are winners and everyone leaves feeling good.

However, for the coaches, they sit on the sidelines and obviously watch the game from a different perspective. Sure, they want to win; every coach does. But part of winning and being successful is through teaching and instructing, while getting the most out of their team.
