The Paulding County Area Foundation/Marshall Memorial Supporting Foundation recently presented a $10,000 check to the Paulding County Senior Fair Board to be used for capital improvements on the Paulding County Fairgrounds. The Marshall Memorial Supporting Foundation was set up to administer the funds provided by Paul Marshall. His desire was to financially encourage, aid, assist and promote young farmers in Paulding County.
