Several filings in Manor House suit

PAULDING – Two judgment entries were filed last week concerning Antwerp Holdings LLC’s law suit against several parties involved with the Manor House Assisted Living Ltd. complex.

Remaining unresolved issues are to be considered at a hearing on Thursday, May 23.

Judge Tiffany Reighter Beckman ordered a $579,245.63 summary judgment in favor of the plaintiff against defendant TDM3 Ltd. This covered back rent for the property with three percent prejudgment interest plus $50,298.50 in attorneys’ fees.
