Payne approves Garmyn for permanent EMS assistant

PAYNE – The contract between the Village of Payne and the Benton and Harrison township fire departments continues to drag on while the council heard from EMS assistant coordinator Joe Garmyn about equipment upgrades during the regular bimonthly meeting of the Payne Council on Monday.
