HAVILAND – Early last week, Quasar Energy Group’s Haviland Energy Plant received statewide attention when officials from Quasar with headquarters in the Cleveland area, met with members of the Ohio Ag and Natural Resources Committee, including State Rep. Tony Burkley from Paulding County.

“They were quite impressed with what they saw,” said Burkley later in the week. “It was a good way to highlight Paulding County to the members of that committee. They are traveling to different parts of the state right now to see various highlights of Ohio agriculture,” said Burkley, a member of the committee.
