Wednesday, October 16, 2013 2:01 PM

ANTWERP – The Antwerp Halloween events will be held Saturday, Oct. 26.

A parade will be held at 3 p.m. and participants can line up at 2:45 p.m. on Archer Drive, east of Ohio 49. The parade will proceed down Main Street and end at the fire hall.

The firefighters’ auxiliary will be serving food during the judging of costumed entrants. There will be hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks available. The judging will be by entrant ages with prizes awarded to first, second and third place as well as an overall winner.

The Antwerp Chamber of Commerce encourages the community to participate in the parade by decorating a unit to enter. These will not be judged, but just for fun.

Antwerp Trick-or-Treating will be from 5-6:30 p.m. and will be sponsored by the town council.
