|Library levy renewal vital as state funding continues to decline|

The Paulding County Carnegie Library has a rich history dating back to 1912 when it became the first library in the United States funded by Andrew Carnegie to serve an entire county. Much has changed over the past 100 years and with a variety of services now available today it is important for the library to have stable funding in the years ahead.
