Hornets present a big challenge for WT

HAVILAND – Wayne Trace will take part in its first state championship football game on Friday, Dec. 6 as the Raiders (13-1) battle top-ranked Kirtland (14-0) at Fawcett Stadium in Canton with an 11 a.m. start time.

The Hornets, who finished ranked No. 1 in the final Associated Press state poll, are making their third consecutive appearance in the state championship game.
