Raiders finish stellar season, 13-2


CANTON – An outstanding season came to a disappointing end for the Wayne Trace football team Friday afternoon as Kirtland controlled the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and posted a 44-16 victory over the Raiders at Fawcett Stadium in Canton.

The Hornets ran for 410 yards in the contest and outgained Wayne Trace 588-281 overall to claim the 2013 Division VI state championship with a perfect 15-0 record.
