This 3rd day of February, 2014, the Board of County Commissioners met in regular session with the following members present: Tony Zartman, Roy Klopfenstein, Fred Pieper, and Nola Ginter, Clerk.

 

IN THE MATTER OF SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION (FUND 078)

Mr. Roy Klopfenstein moved to adopt the following resolution:

WHEREAS, it was the intent of the Board of County Commissioners to adopt a resolution supplementing the 2014 Annual Appropriation on January 8, 2014; now therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby authorize and direct the County Auditor to make a Supplemental Appropriation in the Infrastructure Projects Fund (Fund 078), to-wit;

TO: 078-001-00001/Infrastructure Projects/Infrastructure Projects     AMOUNT: $208,490.22

 

IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING THE 2014 ANNUAL APPROPRIATION (FUND 193)

Mr. Roy Klopfenstein moved to adopt the following resolution:

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby direct the County Auditor to amend the 2014 Annual Appropriation by appropriating the following in the Job and Family Services Building Fund (Fund 193), to-wit;

193-001-00002/Job and Family Services Building/Building Upgrades     AMOUNT: $57,248.39

 

IN THE MATTER OF AMENDING A RESOLUTION SETTING THE MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR COUNTY EMPLOYEES USING THEIR PERSONAL CAR FOR COUNTY BUSINESS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2014

Mr. Roy Klopfenstein moved to adopt the following resolution:

WHEREAS, on January 22, 2014, a resolution (Journal 54, Page 20) was adopted setting the mileage reimbursement for County employees using their personal car for County business for calendar year 2014; and

WHEREAS, the resolution states "that beginning on January 1, 2014, the standard mileage rate will be fifty-six cents ($0.56) per mile for business miles driven"; and

WHEREAS, the beginning or effective date should have been January 22, 2014; now, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners does hereby establish the calendar year 2014 County employee reimbursement mileage rate at fifty-six cents ($0.56) per mile for prior approved business miles traveled effective January 22, 2014.
