PAULDING – To help individuals and families recognize the signs of Alzheimer’s disease, the Alzheimer’s Association, Northwest Ohio Chapter, will host “Know the 10 Signs: Early Detection Matters,” a free community workshop to be held from 10-11:30 a.m. Wednesday, April 30, at the Paulding County Senior Center, 401 E. Jackson St., Paulding.

The workshop covers the 10 warning signs of Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias and will explain the difference between normal aging and dementia, as well as tips for maintaining brain health. Early diagnosis gives individuals a chance to seek treatment and plan for the future.

Registration is requested. Call the Alzheimer’s Association at 1-800-272-3900.
